My journey into the world of fitness began at the age of seven, when I first stepped into a gymnastics hall. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, I developed a strong technical foundation, learned to master static holds, and built the discipline essential to any athlete. Competing in various events and earning awards from the Macedonian Gymnastics Federation laid a solid groundwork for my future endeavors.
At fourteen, my passion for sports expanded as I discovered Calisthenics. Competing both at home in Macedonia and internationally, I earned numerous medals that fueled my motivation to continue pushing my limits. Each victory reinforced my dedication to progress and inspired me to strive for excellence.
Today, I am proud to hold multiple national Calisthenics championship titles for the years 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2024, as well as the title of absolute winner in the national Street Lifting competition in Niš, Serbia.
Since 2023, I have been a licensed Bodybuilding and Fitness trainer, as well as a certified personal Calisthenics coach. I am also an instructor for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group sessions. Supporting my clients in reaching their fitness goals is always my top priority. My approach focuses on creating personalized, effective training programs that guide you at every step of your fitness journey.
